Please note that during these difficult times, the telephone lines will be closed from 12noon until 1pm Monday - Friday for continuous staff training.
The Out of Hours service is run by NHS 24 . Telephone NHS 24 on 111.
This service operates on weekdays between 6pm and 8am and throughout the weekend.
Having contacted NHS 24 on 111 you will be advised what to do next. You may be given telephone advice or you may be asked to attend the GP Out of Hours Centre at the Vale of Leven Hospital, Main Street, Alexandria.
Patients who are too ill to attend the Out of Hours Centre will be visited at home.
Out of Hours services are generally busy so please think carefuly before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
In a genuine emergency you should call 999.
We offer early morning and early evening surgeries. These times vary through the week to suit the needs of our patients. Please contact reception for further details.
Please note that during these difficult times, the
telephone lines will be closed from 12noon
until 1pm, Monday - Friday for continuous staff training.
The Practice telephone line is closed between 12.15pm and 1.15pm on Fridays. This is to allow for staff training. If you are telephoning the surgery, you will hear a recorded message which will give you an alternative number to contact in case of emergency.
